How to make a reservation
Reservations can be made by either phone or Instagram.

※Photo identification (driver's license, passport, or resident card) is required to make an appointment for treatment.

- After completing your reservation, we will schedule a consultation.
- We will listen to your requests and present you with a quotation once you are satisfied.
- A deposit of ¥8,000 will be charged once the appointment has been made. (as a design fee and cancellation fee).
※Payment on the day of the event will be the amount of the deposit minus the amount of the deposit.
We will show you the design on the day of your reservation.
Please do not hesitate to let us know if there are any differences between your image and ours.
About the day of treatment
Please refrain from drinking alcohol the day before.
After the treatment is completed, we will explain about aftercare.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.
※On the day of the treatment, you will be asked to fill out a consent form and present your ID again.
Precautions
Please be sure to read the following instructions and cooperate with us.
Cancellation Policy
One week's notice is required for cancellations or changes to designs or reservations.
In the following cases, the full deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Cancel during design creation
- Late arrivals or no-shows on the day of treatment
- If contact is lost after the deposit has been received
※Please understand that in some cases, we will not be able to accept your reservation again.
Those who cannot be treated
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse treatment if any of the following apply
- Under 18 years old
- Pregnant or lactating mothers
- Persons with HIV, hepatitis or other infectious diseases, allergies and other illnesses
- Those with excessive sun exposure in the near future.
- Those who have been drinking
- Persons affiliated with organized crime groups
Regarding hygiene
At YAAAS INK, hygiene is strictly enforced.
All items used during the procedure, including needles, ink, gloves, and ink caps, are disposable.
